To ensure safety in chemical production and trading, Vu Hoang has built a system of factory, plant and warehouse in accordance with national standards and technical regulations. These standards and regulations include:
− Warehouse and factory meet the construction requirements of fire prevention and fighting, environmental protection, labor safety and labor hygiene. They are equiped withemergency exits, ventilation system and lighting system in accordance with national standards in order to meet chemical production and storage requirements.
− Floor of the factory and chemical warehouse can withstand chemicals, loads, slip-resistant, and having trench and drainage ditch.
− Outdoor storage tanks are built with dikes and other technical methods to prevent chemicals leaking into the environment in case chemical incident occurs and being equiped with fire prevention and lightning protection measures.
− Guidelines for chemical safety and warning signs that reflect severity of chemicals are placed in readily noticeable locations.
Currently, Vu Hoang has 2 large factories with more than 400 staffs and employees, engineers and workers, of which: one factory locates in Linh Trung Export Processing Zone and Industrial Park III, Trang Bang district, Tay Ninh province with capacity of over 80,000 tons/ year and the other factory locates in Dai Dong - Hoan Son Industrial Zone, Tri Phuong commune, Tien Du District, Bac Ninh Province with capacity of 40,000 tons/ year. The total invested capital of the two plants is nearly 8 million USD.
Obtaining a team of professional technicians, good technical facilities and many years of experience in the field of wastewater treatment, Vu Hoang has focused on handling and performing operating lease for large factories under pollution such as Global Dyeing Co., Ltd with capacity of 7,000 m3/ day; Samil Vina Co., Ltd with capacity of 4,500m3/ day; Jungwoo Textile Vina Co., Ltd with capacity of 4,000 m3/ day ....
In 2014, Vu Hoang was assigned as EPC contractor by Kbec Vina Company to build landfill leachate treatment system with a capacity of 400 m3/ day in Ba Ria Vung Tau. The project was successfully completed and operated in accordance with technical standard and handed over to the investor in April 2015. Especially, Vu Hoang has recently completed wastewater treatment system for the entire Vinpearl - Phu Quoc Resort - Vincom Group, the processed water meets the standards and being reused to water plants and golf course grass.
